The Basel Investor Forum ("the Event") is an exclusive, invite-only gathering organized for informational and networking purposes. Participation in the Event does not constitute or imply any investment advice, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell securities, or any endorsement of specific investment opportunities.

All information provided by speakers, panelists, organizers, and affiliated parties during the Event is for informational purposes only. The organizers make no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any information shared at the Event.

By registering and attending the Event, attendees acknowledge and agree that participation is at their own risk. The organizers disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from reliance on any information provided during the Event.

The Event is subject to change, including but not limited to the agenda, speakers, location, and timing, at the sole discretion of the organizers.​​

Refund Policy

By registering for the Basel Investor Forum ("the Event"), you agree to the following refund terms:

  • No Refund Policy: Due to the exclusive and limited nature of the event, all ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or failure to attend for any reason.

  • Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another approved participant. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the organizers no later than 7 days prior to the Event and are subject to organizer approval.

  • Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Basel Investor Forum is canceled by the organizers, attendees will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid. However, the organizers are not responsible for any other costs incurred by attendees, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.

  • Changes to Event Format: If the Event is rescheduled, relocated, or converted into a hybrid or virtual format due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., force majeure, pandemic restrictions), no refunds will be issued. Your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled or reformatted Event.
