Sabine is a highly accomplished strategic finance executive & growth architect with over 25 years of experience in a multinational Pharma & MedTech company. At the  intersection of strategy, healthcare and planetary health she focuses on financial strategies that drive long-term responsible performance and resilience to advance sustainable impact and value creation. She is an advocate of long term capital stewardship and systemic investing on the basis of cross-sector collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Her expertise includes business turnaround & transformation, M&A integration, financial performance management, agile strategy realization and operational excellence. As a CFO she fuses high-quality ideas with the strategic partners and infrastructure required to scale and bring them to market. She is known for her systems thinking and navigating complexities with clarity, integrity and direction. At the Basel Investor Forum she looks after strategic content creation and is the relationship lead for our distinguished event speakers. In addition she provides strategic and financial go-to-market advice to founders and innovators.

Emilie Coutanson is a senior pharmaceutical leader with over 15 years of experience across global drug development, and patient-centric innovation. Since 2017, she has played a key role within Life Cycle Teams across immunology and cardiovascular programs at Viatris Innovation and previously at Idorsia, contributing to strategic decision-making from early development through market authorization application. Emilie founded and scaled a global patient council, embedding the patient voice into development strategies. Earlier in her career, Emilie spent seven years at Actelion (now Janssen) in Medical Information and Regulatory Affairs, building a strong foundation in compliance, scientific communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Catia is a scientist, creative health practitioner, entrepreneur, and mixed-media artist working at the intersection of healthcare innovation, culture, and creativity. With more than a decade of experience in the healthcare innovation ecosystem, she designs and facilitates transformative workshops, retreats, and learning experiences that support leaders in creating environments  where individuals and teams can thrive. Her curated creative programs empower individuals, communities and teams to prevent burnout, foster innovation, and actively cultivate mental wellbeing.
Her award-winning work in creative health has been recognized through the HiArt initiative, where her methodology for fostering inclusion through artistic expression received first prize from the Portuguese jury.
As mixed-media artist, Catia has been selected for international artist residencies in Italy, Portugal, and Switzerland and served as an ambassador for Kunstmuseum Basel. 
She is currently leading a regenerative project in the Alentejo region of Portugal that brings together health, culture, environmental regeneration, and entrepreneurship to create a thriving ecosystems for people, communities, and ideas.

Her work focuses on translating scientific, policy, and systems challenges into compelling narratives that build trust, shape public discourse, and mobilize partnerships to advance equity and impact. She has worked with cross-sector stakeholders across Africa, Europe, and Asia on driving awareness, coalition-building, and high-level engagement within the global development and impact ecosystem.

Shalu is a Business Consultant, and a true entrepreneurship enthusiast dedicated to making a lasting impact. ​Driven by a curiosity of chemical  consciousness, Chris holds a PhD in Pharmacology studying the central nervous system as an interconnected system- examining neuropharmacology, intracellular signaling, and the brain’s microenvironment as dynamic networks. His systems-thinking approach enables him to uncover patterns and relationships across complex biological processes. Complementing his scientific background, Chris applies this holistic perspective to the human experience through meditation and yoga, gaining unique insights into the transformative effects of intention.
